Since today is Saturday, our dean, Ma'am Angelica Cortez invited us to come to her house because she knows that from our faculty members that all of us like lumpia and turon so much. We always buy it during lunchtime at Lab High School. In case you don't know what turon is, I will show you the picture.

The picture above is turon and bananaque. They made with sugar then they caramelized the sugar so it will stick onto the banana. But Ma'am Ange made for us different turon. She made it from Ube or Purple Yam. The taste was amazing. I never know that the yam can be so delicious when they fried it with sugar.

After that, we went to the night market near Ma'am Angie house to eat Bibingka. It's another traditional food of the Philippines. 😁. It made from flour and egg. You can eat the bibingka with coconut flakes. also, we met our friends from Neust Folkoric Danza. We took a picture together before they perform.
